I was contacted by a member of the talent department following the submission of my application. I selected a date for a virtual interview from a list of options. I had my virtual interview where I answered their questions, was explained more info about the role in depth, and was given the opportunity to ask any questions myself. I was then contacted by a member of the talent team where they extended the offer, explained next steps, and asked if I had any questions.

The interview process was both easy and straightforward. Initially, I was sent a link to schedule a video interview, which offered flexibility and allowed me to select a time that worked well with my schedule. After completing the virtual interview, I was invited for an in-person interview. Similar to the first step, I received another link to choose a time that suited my availability. Additionally, as part of the in-person interview, I was asked to prepare and give a ten-minute presentation on a topic relevant to the subject area. Overall, the process was very organized and efficient, making it a smooth experience from start to finish.
