From recruiter to hiring manager interviews, everything was streamlined and efficient. I was video-interviewed by two managers. They were professional and not very intimidating which made me more relaxed and confident.

Phone interview then in person. Both consisted of mostly behavioral questions and explaining the position along with a tour. They spend a lot of time with you to make sure you fit well. Overall it was a pretty relaxed process but you definitely need to come prepared

A lot of situational questions so "Describe a time when you had a manager you disagreed with" etc... Also just checking on your understanding of the college and what their values are. They spent a lot of time describing the position and college... they really want to make sure you are a good fit for them and they are a good fit for you
