My experience with the hiring team was very professional and inspiring. They enunciated all the details of the role, and the requirements for success. The interviewing team and the recruiters were very detailed and provided quicker feedbacks regarding the role expectations.

After submitting my application, I had a phone interview to review my history and qualifications. The next week I was scheduled to come into the Troy location and have an in-person interview and give a 10 min teaching session prepared by myself. This interview was actually a fun experience and I met many of the educators at the college who came for my presentation. I felt so welcomed and supported the entire time. Many of the staff came and introduced themselves after. My last interview was with the college president. She was wonderful and we discussed my career journey and experiences.
