1 stage after Assessment Day in London. Face to face interview over Skype with manager. Half hour long to discuss the role and the candidate. Looking to test the candidate's resilience as this is an important skill in a sales intensive role.

Full day assessment. Couple of meetings from the morning. Meeting the fundraiser, and hearing their stories. Some candidates left before the interview. Filling out a form (work, education) and a 50 minute interview with a senior manager.
