I had a screening call with the recruiter that went well. She was very well prepared, so much so that it left me with no real questions and provided information that generally is reserved for the hiring manager. I was informed she would follow-up within a few days after speaking with hiring manager and she did so far all is well. The reason for a neutral and frankly if not for her thoroughness during the original call it would be a negative, is the rejection email I received being sent from a no-reply address. This is bad practice especially after having an initial conversation.
