The interview process was great overall! The recruiters, Gaby and Hannah, were extremely helpful in providing interview overviews, accommodating schedules when it came to timelines, as well as being organized and maintaining consistent communication. CZI's website on the interview process is a great resource for knowing where you are in the interview process and the next steps as well as giving insight into what the interviewers are looking for. I interviewed with the Founding Directors, the Project Manager, and EA. The questions were thoughtful more than difficult which allowed me to understand the culture CZI and CZII is striving for.
