Interview process for Chanel was HORRIBLE.
Received an interview request the same day I sent over my resume and had a brief phone conversation with HR about the position and we agreed to move on to the next step, which would be meeting the brand manager. After TWO WEEKS of sending follow up emails, I get an email from the HR representative who informed me that she was on vacation for two weeks and now the position had been filled. Thereafter we talked about another position that was available and I set up a meeting. After spending an entire day meeting with the brand manager, she told me that once again I would be contacted by the same HR representative. Of course I never heard from her again. Totally unprofessional for a company like Chanel.

Applied online and received an email requesting a phone interview one week later. I thought the interview went great! The HR representative expressed that my background was a great fit for the role and that she would share my resume with the hiring manager who was traveling and would provide feedback the end of the following week. I received a voicemail less than 24 hours later stating that my background wasn't a good fit for what they were looking for.
