Multiple Rounds of interviews. Lost count after 8. Initially impressed with the company and HR. I aced each interview and proceeded to the next step. I was told to come in for a final informal meet and greet in their "piazza," which is just a huge lobby. Turned out to be a full blown interview. I overdressed being it was Chanel, and the hiring manager kept looking me up and down. I got the feeling I was being judged by overdressing and also by my weight. Yes, my weight. The hiring manager seemed green with envy and very jaded. All of a sudden, all of these job requirements were brought up that were NOT on the JD, which I answered and aced. However, it was not good enough. Nothing I said was good enough for this individual. She was rapid firing questions to me (that had nothing to do with the job) and when I answered appropriately, it was like she was not even listening. Nothing I could have said or done could have satisfied her. I didn't hear back from them when they said I would and then HR called me from an unknown number for the first time ever, I think because she was embarrassed that the hiring manager passed on me when I had aced every part of the interview and was hoping I would not answer. I was not given any reason why. Multiple red flags throughout the interview process including hints that the business is suffering. There also seems to be a lot of conflict and fights between the teams. A lot. The salary was also lower than market value. Honestly, so grateful I did not receive this job since it seems like an extremely toxic environment and the business is struggling.

1 round of phone interview, followed by 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews and a practical test in relation to your work scope. The whole process is around 2 to 3 weeks.
