Very structured and felt comfortable throughout. Had concerns being a corporate company but actually was very relaxed. Consisted of group interview that very open, meaning you could contribute at anytime, got you working in teams and had to answer a brief prior to arriving which helped as it gave a talking point that you could refer to whenever. They also had an icebreaker where you could add words relating to design on what you think it meant which was a nice touch. Not a daunting process at all!
