Most of the employees were friendly but the recruiting team seemed to want a certain type of person for the program. Furthermore, the culture didn't seem accepting and the firm was not diverse at all

It was quick as they have recruiters come to some of their target schools, like Northwestern University. I also spoke to a recruiter to get my name out there before receiving an interview offer.
