It was a very strange hiring process. It started with a LinkedIn message asking me to meet via a WhatsApp call. I requested to use Google Meet instead. During the call, they asked some basic software engineering questions, then sent me a React Native assessment. I completed it and submitted it. After that, I received a generic rejection email saying *****they were impressed by my technical project and experience*****, but decided not to move forward. I reached out on LinkedIn to ask for feedback or clarification, but I was completely ghosted.
