While I state the interview difficulty is very easy, that is in reference to the interview process. The process was professional courteous, and coordinated.

As for the interviews themselves, you'll likely have at a minimum 3 separate interviews. They are serious about the team members being added to this amazing company that is being built and want to make sure it's a fit for both you and the company!
I can only speak for the sales organization. Be prepared to discuss your sales background, experience, sales accomplishments and how you went about winning the client, and why you're interested in working at ChargeAfter. Have a game plan ready on how you're going to utilize your experiences and skills to bring on new customers. #1 thing is to be prepared and sell yourself!

Process started with a standard screening/HR phone interview to discuss candidate/job fit. Second interview was a full hour with a sales manager who asked typical background and experience questions and also tied in some behavioral ones to assess how my experiences would lend well for the position. The third interview was a 30 minute Zoom with the CRO; more of a strategic conversation, discussing where the business is today, where it's headed and what will be needed in order to build and grow. Final interview was back with HR discussing compensation, health/medical benefits, 401(k), etc. as well as other quality of life benefits that make ChargeAfter an attractive place to work for top talent in today's market! Overall, it was a thorough interview process that I am grateful to have received an offer, upon which a standard background & reference check was performed.
