Interview process was the longest in my 25 year career. It was a total of 5 interviews. These interviews were unclear as to what was covered. Most of the topics discussed was completely different than the position description.

Ambiguous abstract diagram asked for my comment. When asking standard back and forth questions as one would normally perform in a work setting, interviewer would not answer. Example: What is the intent of the diagram? Diagram had no standardized architecture notation, like UML.
Review a block of code for which was abstracted Java with another framework layered on top of it. (Spring framework). Position Description mentioned Java, Python etc., but didn't mention Spring framework.
