1.) telephone interview
2.) difficult numerical exam ( hardest exam that i have ever come across.Much harder than what the majority of banks give you. I have seen most people with PHDs and MBA fail this exam.) ( So practice well before going to do the test).
3) group-work/discussion
4) 4 interviews with different heads of departments.

Varies across departments. But overall, the interviewers are extremely nice and not out to get you.
Having interviewed before at Mckinsey, I would say that difficulty level of the compentency questions are similair to Mckinseys.
