I was contacted by phone by a Talent Advisor at Charles Schwab to answer several questions about myself, my skills, and the job I applied to. Within several days, I received a technical phone screen where I answered several logic and programming questions. A week later, I was asked in for a panel interview with 4 employees. They asked a series of questions about myself, my education, and my career goals. They proceeded with technical questions that were related to object-oriented programming. These questions were pretty straight forward and would reflect negatively on a person who could not answer them appropriately.

Interview process took 7 rounds. It was good communication with the team. I felt the interview also went well had full positive signs . But I am not lucky to work in this organization
