I applied on their site and was contacted by email two days later for a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly. She wanted hear about my previous work experience. She also spent a lot of time going over the job requirements to make sure I was comfortable with them.
I was moved ahead to the next interview which would be a virtual one.
