I initially applied online with Schwab, heard back from them a few weeks later. Got a phone interview from recruiter, then a panel interview in the building with a few people in the room and a few people connected from another office. They asked about previous experience, the standard "Describe a time when you had a client issue that was difficult and explain how it was resolved", along with "greatest strengths" "greatest weaknesses". They explained about the position in very specific terms. I seemed to get along with everyone, and the interview took about an hour. No offer received however, even though the interview went pretty well.

First time doing a phone interview. It was very impersonal and lots of awkward silence. All i could hear was the person typing away. Would have been better to actually talk to someone that does the hiring.
