I had a 30-minute initial interview with the recruiter, then a 1-hour in-person interview with the 2 hiring managers. After checking in with the recruiter several weeks later I was told that they were still interviewing candidates, but that they were very interested in me. So I kept checking back every week with no response. Finally months later I found that my application status had been changed to "inactive" and no longer "active". So I assume they moved on. But an email would have been nice to get letting me know this. So disrespectful.
