Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Charles Schwab nel mese di ott 2023

The interview process was a total of 2 interviews with the first being a screening and the second is an in office interview. Second interview is about two hours with a office tour which is little lengthy but nice getting an insight to the office.
Two round interview with the last one being in person on site. My second round was with 2 people so not too bad. Keep in mind there is a 2 year commitment to the umbrella this position (Not the position itself) falls under before you can move to a different umbrella.

It was over Zoom, you should dress business casual. It was very relaxed. No need to try hard, be yourself, be honest, and show your enthusiasm. It helps if you can relate things to Charles Schwab.

Mostly behavior STAR questions on phone. They asked about licenses that would be needed. Tell me about yourself. Why Schwabb? History in finance. Any questions for me. Very straightforward behavioral questions.
