The process was very structured, they responded immediately. If you had a time conflict at the time of the interview they would understand. But there was an emphasis on group interviewing/motivational interviewing for Care coach.

A recruiter saw my resume and reached out asking to meet and discuss open positions. I did a phone screen that mostly involved them talking about Charlie's structure and verifying I would be available for their client hours. They then set up a meeting with the supervisor, and sent over a job description. I read it and had to be the one to point out that as per my resume, I did not have the qualifications they required. At that point they canceled the follow-up. The people I spoke to were nice, but between forgetting they had set up the interview and apparently not reviewing my credentials before reaching out, I am very unimpressed with their lack of organization.
