They don't really spend time to get to know you during the interview. The only questions they ask are why do you want to work here and what are red and green flags you look for on a LinkedIn profile. Honestly, didn't even know what team I was interviewing for half the time. One interview, the manager was late, and only spent maybe 7 minutes with me and then decided to not move forward.

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
