My experience with the Charlie Health interview process was disappointing due to a lack of follow-through and communication. I completed an initial Microsoft Teams screening with a recruiter, during which I was told that my background aligned very well with the position and that I was considered an ideal candidate. I was also informed that the role needed to be filled quickly and that the hiring process would move fast.
I was told I would be contacted by a team lead to schedule the next stage of the interview. Instead, I later received a generic denial email with no explanation. I reached out to the recruiter for clarification, but I have not received any response.
While every organization has the right to select the candidate they feel is the best fit, transparency and consistency in communication are essential—especially when expectations are clearly set during the interview. I hope Charlie Health evaluates their processes to ensure that future applicants receive timely, direct, and professional follow-up because this was pathetic to say the least.

I completed the initial interview/screening with an HR representative outlining the position, Charlie Health's mission, and overall work environment. The questions were straight forward and pretty easy to answer. I was asked about salary expectations, which landed me on the higher end of the range offered (given my experience and current salary). I am not sure, but I think this may be why I did not receive an offer or response. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything after having been told I'd hear from someone within 24 to 48 hours. The HR representative has also not responded to any of my emails.

First step is Screening with HR via zoom, then you have a a 30 minute logic assessment using the raven assessment, and finally an interview with the supervisor via zoom
