Overall it wasn't very good. The interview with the direct manager was only 30 minutes and left no time for conversation or questions. Felt more like an interrogation that a conversation with them. I don't know how 30 minutes is enough time for who is supposed to be your direct manager to gauge your experience and cover the company and role in detail for a management role going over 7+ years of experience. It just did not feel right. If I was selected to move forward I would have had to go through another 2 rounds with other leadership and also one last one for a case study and presentation. Seems excessive for the role. What they need is more time during actual interviews not more rounds.
