Within one week I had 4 separate meetings, did a long behavioral assessment, and had to prep for a mock pitch (they give you the slides but you still have to learn them and present it like it’s real). It ended up taking a good amount of time outside of work. The frustrating part was it felt like I was getting positive signals the whole time, but then the rejection came with basically no real feedback. Just felt like a lot of effort for not much clarity in the end.
