Three rounds of interviews including a mock assessment. They “faux” contacted my references and told me I was not offered the position bc I didn’t document enough DURING the session. Which says to me “all about the numbers and not patient care”
Recruiter, hiring manager, then a “mock session” with four observers. Personally the mock session was so anxiety inducing for me. I am terrible at role playing, or acting, and having four people off screen watching the entire process, was too much for me, that I got too nervous, and tanked the whole thing.
