Very disorganized. The culture was desperation and very much no general framework for servicing and growth were identified from higher ups. It seems to be just a churned out company to halfway meet a need for a marginalized group.

Very communicative recruiting team. Starts with phone screen, then hiring manager interview, then intellect aptitude test, then case study, then a few more rounds of meeting the team. The rigor matched the level of seniority of the role - overall good team and good experience.

I had numerous interviews (both in person and remote) and discussed pay rate and benefits. I was never notified that I was not selected for the role and why. Overall, I felt that I was misled with my chances of receiving an offer.
