Colloquio
Initially had really high hopes for the interview process as the recruiter and manager I interviewed with were so kind and responsive. Recruiter set up a Zoom interview where they asked basic questions about my background and described next steps in the process. Immediately after, I received an invite to interview where I would present a short pitch for Charlie Health and then proceed with a classic behavioral interview afterwards. I was given 1 day to prepare this presentation and was told to make sure I did research to prepare. Had a great interview and presentation and within an hour received a call from the recruiter who stated that they really enjoyed my pitch and had great feedback for me from the manager. Recruiter mentioned that we did have to follow the normal process (formalities like a personality test and reference checks) but that there was only one other candidate left and they planned to offer them a different territory, presumably so that I could take the one that I interviewed for. After this, I was told to provide 2 references (from my previous and current employer) for a 15-20 minute call with the manager who interviewed me. I was told to let them know that the sooner they were able to complete this call the sooner I could receive an offer. At this point, the recruiter advised that they would put together a packet with all of my information, and present it to the CEO for hiring approval. The recruiter would then call me daily with updates about the process and to make sure I was still interested. About 3-4 days later I received a call that the CEO felt the other candidate was a better fit and they would not be extending an offer. It seemed like the hiring team was completely disconnected as the recruiter was hinting that I would be receiving an offer by the end of the week only to turn around and say they went a different direction. My advice would be to have recruiters give less information about other candidates/make less promises if an offer isn’t guaranteed, especially in a job market as competitive as we are currently in.

Domanda 1
How do you think the pitch went? Examples of KPI in previous roles. Why Charlie Health/the mental health sector?

Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

They ask you to do a mock pitch of how you would conduct an in person pitch a different medical/behavioral facilities

The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
