Application submitted online via Chase Careers site. Assessment test is given and after passing you move into the next stage of process which is phone interview with recruiter. If you pass that stage you are then giving a secondary interview to meet with Branch Manager. I was offered job by Branch Manager. Then was contacted by on boarding team and sent formal job offer letter. Great experience.

The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication

Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
