it was long process at first to go through the phone interview and then take the time off to do a full panel interview and then take more time off to to an individual interview. once that was completed I had to wait about a week before they called me in to another interview at a different branch and then got an email that on position closed and they offered me a position at a branch a little farther that what i originally wanted.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
