It was easy to be honest. You do an online interview after applying online Following with an in-person interview. The interviewer was very nice. She was actually interviewing me in lieu of another location. She went to my alma mater so we bonded on that and she also studied abroad like I did. There was also another person present which I think was training to do the interviewer's job.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
