I applied to it on Chase career website and get the virtual interview invitation email the next day. After I completed the virtual interview, I waited for a week to get the HR phone call and arranged me for the interview in the branch with the branch manager. Rewarding and challenging

Tell me a situation that you were dealing with an upset customer.
The virtual interview is more difficult than the in-person interview because it felt bad when you answering questions to a camera and the questions were kinda challenging.

Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
