I had applied online and was sent a email to complete the assessment. After completing the assessment was sent a email that I passed and to set up a 1:1 interview with a recruiter about an hour asking questions of different scenarios when assisting a client.

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what steps did you take to resolve their problem?
One interview. One question asked nothing nerve ranking for the interview. I was nervous at first but after all the interview preps and I relaxed. They help with getting you ready for the interview process that calms your mind a lot.
Good. Very straight forward. No surprises This is really stupid. Not sure why I need to put 30 words down. I just want to use the site and this is really stupid
It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.
