you go through three interviews first a manager then a peer then another manager. after that the recruiter will then call and say yes or no.
One interview. One question asked nothing nerve ranking for the interview. I was nervous at first but after all the interview preps and I relaxed. They help with getting you ready for the interview process that calms your mind a lot.

It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.
