I applied online and then received a call from a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter will give you a screening interview (very short behavioral questions). The interview questions are fairly easy. The most difficult one was when the manger asked if there was ever a time that I had to do something outside of company policy, and if so how did I act on it.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
