I applied online, got a call two days later from a recruiter and had a short phone interview. Two days later I had an interview at the bank with branch manager and district manager. Although the interview went very well and they seemed ready to hire me, I received an email 2-3 days later that I was no longer being considered for the position.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
