The interview process was fairly easy. I was contacted by hr and scheduled for an interview. After the interview there was a bit of phone Tage because my manager couldn't offer me the position and start the hiring process due to her going on vacation. It took about 3 weeks before I was officially told that I was being offered the job. There was a credit check, background check, figerprinting, and photo that has to be kept on file. I had 3 days of paid training which was pretty easy.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
