When you first apply and are deemed worthy enough, a recruiter will schedule a phone interview. If they approve you, your application will get passed on to the branch. Anyone the recruiter approves will be interviewed by the branch manager and assistant branch manager. After you meet with them, they decide if they want to hire you and will extend a call to you with an offer.

What are your strengths?
What are you weaknesses?
Describe a time at a previous job where you solved a big problem.
Have you ever had to deal with difficult customers? How did you handle the situation?
What cash handling experience have you had?
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? (my first branch manager was goofy)

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
