There is an online assessment when applying for the role which includes scenarios for personality evaluation along with mathmatical based questions. If you pass that, you receive a phone interview with a recruiter who will prequalify you based on your resume. Then they set you up with a Branch Manager to meet in person and interview. Usually expect 3 interviews with multiple members of management.

There were two interviews. The first interview was with a district manager and an assistant manager. That lasted about an hour. At the end the DM said to expect a call in 2 weeks. Sure enough I got a call in 2 weeks and I then met with a branch manager. That only lasted about 30 minutes. It was great. Although they do put you on the spot many times and make you roll play.

interview process is lengthy. the first interview was with 3 different people from senior management, one at a time. each would ask you the same questions in different words.
afterwards if they deemed you a fit for the company they would then let you interview with the managers that were interested. the next couple of weeks will be filled with interviews from managers from different locations that are interested in you.

After the application and assessment test, I received a call from a recruiter asking me questions to make sure I would be a good fit. After the call from the recruiter we set up a time to meet with the manager. I went to the interview and soon after received the employment offer.
