2 managers would interview you. A lot of the routine interview questions. Not many curve balls. They do not give you any hints if you get the job. Waited about 2 weeks before receiving call stating I got the job. They provided training class for 1 month. At that point you are on your own.

Explain a time when you were unhappy with a customer.
One interview. One question asked nothing nerve ranking for the interview. I was nervous at first but after all the interview preps and I relaxed. They help with getting you ready for the interview process that calms your mind a lot.
Good. Very straight forward. No surprises This is really stupid. Not sure why I need to put 30 words down. I just want to use the site and this is really stupid
It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.
