The interview was straightforward however a little unprofessional. The questions seemed designed to dissuade the interested party from seeking the position. The entire process left a bad taste in my mouth. The position itself was appealing for my background but after interview, I walked away not wanting pursue the position. The company itself is good, a great foundation. Like with most employers, middle management is something to be desired. The entire interview was odd, because neither seemed interested or engaged. It was very disappointing.
