I applied online and was scheduled for an interview about 1 month later. I was interviewed 1 on 1 with the branch manager at their branch. He was very nice and laid back. The interview was about 20 minutes. After the interview he introduced me with other employees at the branch. About 1 month later they called me to offer the job but I declined because I had accepted another job.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
