3 Step Interview- Staffing Specialist, Team Manager, VP of Business Development

I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted about a week later. I was asked to come in for an interview the next day around noon. I spoke with two team managers who asked me about why I wanted to get into recruiting and why I thought I was a good fit for the role; they were both polite and professional while also being cognizant of the fact that I was interviewing on my lunch break. I did not get an offer and the feedback that the recruiter had promised was too vague to be useful.
