Zoom interview with HR that asked about the role and your own experience in wine. It was engaging and asked about how to make customers special and what to do in cases of wines being poured that weren’t to the customers liking. However did not mention pay expectations which resulted in a low offer.

The interview was about 15 minutes long and on video call. We talked about my experience and asked basic interview questions. I sent my resume before hand so they had a basic idea of my experience.
