Very easy process basic questions about yourself and why you want this job and previous work experience. Also asked about flexibility and citizenship. Interview was conducted face to face with the store owner / manager
Group Interview - each person in the interview had to answer questions. Important to stand out from the group. Split into teams within the group to prepare a response to a real-life situation e.g. customer receives the incorrect order.

The important is showing your enthusiasm to the role and demonstrate your interest toward chatime. Personally recommend, do a little research of what is going on with chatime at the moment (like the current season campaign) and make some friend with the existing staff.

Tell me about yourself and what do you like about chatime
Easy, just a phone interview and 30 minutes at a location shadowing what they do. Phone interview was short and casual. Shadowing involved showing you what they do behind the counter and letting you try the cashier.
