The interview process was straightforward and consisted of one or two rounds. The first round was a basic screening where they asked about availability, work experience, and customer service skills. The second round, if applicable, included a hands-on test where I had to prepare a sample drink and demonstrate knowledge of different tea types. The interviewer also asked situational questions about handling customers and teamwork. The entire process took about a week, and I received a response within a few days.

Interviews via phone call during covid. Very interested in hearing about prior experiences and gaining insight into your customer service skills. Unsure if interview process is now in person as I interviewed when there were covid restrictions.
