The interview process was very disorganized. They initially scheduled me with the VP, then canceled it to set up a meeting with the director instead. After the first interview, I waited quite a while to hear back. I honestly thought they saw me as the right fit, but they ended up choosing a new graduate with no work experience over me for reasons I can only assume.

Recruiter firm outside extremely disappointed in organization unprofessional behavior Then with firm first with HR All Lengthy 1 hour blocks Multiple people Inexperienced industry interviewers Untruthful or non transparent next steps and competition almost like a game Through unqualified recruitment firm had no clue how to prepare of what they are looking for so through 4 interviews then a panel of not one but multiple sales challenges includes you putting their business in presentation and delivering ..well they call it all sales challenge but it’s a ton of work and absolutely a waste of a candidate time Perhaps used to see how the outside views firm and final observations never intended to hire some maybe “used for educational from real world thinking outside of being an employee”
