Interview was quick and direct to the point. There is a long exam before the initial and final interview. Make sure to allot the whole day to complete the app process.
1st phase: Initial interview (via phone, skype)- this took 2 days with almost the same questions of the same interviewer
2nd phase: Exam after the second Initial interview- im on this process ( was told that it would took 2 hrs max, depending on the applicants time of answering)

The interview was through skype. They will first email you then schedule a time slot for you. The time was morning to afternoon. The interviewer was warm and great. Just prepare like for any interview you will take, preparation is the key to success.

Colloquio
There are 84 questions in First part of exam. If you dont get the passing score which is 30 for verbal abd 30 for computation, you will not proceed to the next part. You only have 20 mins to answer. And the technique is answer as fast as you can and dont skip questions. You are not required to finish all those 84 questions but you have to get a total of 60 points to pass. The questions were not very hard but the time will pressure you.
