The first stages of the process were fast, with quick responses from the company and clear guidance for each stage.
However, between two stages there was complete silence from the company. The candidate is left without knowing whether they are moving to the next stage or not. It felt like total ghosting.

lengthy, almost two and a half months of interviews. included tests, multiple interviews and reccomendations. asked for references but never called them. very diappointing and unproffesional. was not given any worthy notes or feedback regarding the failure of the application.
