Three Steps:
After finishing the first exam witch was about 4 hours you will be invited to technical interview. They will ask you then about technical knowledge . The last interview you will be able to sit with the Manager, then you will discus all around the Job and the salary.
In the exam you will have to write Code and use Provided API, in my exam i got these:
*) Binary search Implementation for Filtering some IP's
*) Integrating the Code using API from Checkpoint
*) Debugging and Testing
*) Using Collection in Java for specific implementation ( i don't remember it).
