I had an interview over the phone for about an hour, during the interview they asked me to tell them about my self and at the end, they said that they will be in touch with me. After a couple of days later they send me an email that they are moving with another candidate

3 Interviews over a span of 4 months including case study. After submitting case study, there was a 2 month silence followed by 3 interviews in quick succession followed by another month of silence. Unsure of what qualities they were looking for as I was not selected.

I received a phone screen from the recruiter and then was instructed to complete a case study and PowerPoint within 5 days. I ended up working over the weekend to complete the assignment. After submitting, it took 3 weeks before I eventually received an automated email stating I was no longer being considered.
Completing a full business case and presentation without receiving any feedback or speaking to anyone on the team is a total waste of time. The entire process was a red flag.
